Chief (Dr.) Abel K. Ubeku (Chairman)
An erudite lawyer and the first Executive Head and Secretary to the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) established by the Federal Government in 1972, Dr. Ubeku holds the LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of London. In 1969, he became the first Nigerian in the company to be posted to the United Kingdom. He also became the first Nigerian to be appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive of Guinness Nigerian Plc in 1982.
Ted Iwere (Executive Editor)
Journalist and Lawyer, Mr. Iwere holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication with national merit scholarship of the University of Lagos; Master of Science degree in Journalism obtained from the Graduate School of Journalism, Columbia University, New York; a Certificate in Publishing obtained from the New York University; a Bachelor of Law degree obtained from the University of Lagos; and Barrister at Law, Nigerian Law School.
He was Senior Sub Editor, Daily Times; Reporter, Times International; pioneer Features Editor, The Guardian; founding Editor, The African Guardian and Publisher, Business and Best of Business Magazines. He is an avid golfer.
Otunba Olusola Adekanola
Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of cognate experience, Otunba Adekanola began his successful accounting career as Audit Semi Senior in the office of Onawola Popoola & Co (Chartered Accountants). He is a member of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (London) Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Presently, he is the Managing Partner/Consultant of Olusola Adekanola & Co. He is a notable sponsor of the game of gulf.
Alhaji Gambo Lawan
Alhaji Lawan was Chairman Board of Directors, Warri Refinery and Petrochemical Company Limited. He is a former Council Chairman and former National Chairman of defunct Grass Democratic Movement (GDM).
Prince Tony Momoh
Prince Momoh is a Journalist and Lawyer, Administrator and Author. A former Minister of Information and Culture (1986 - 1990), former Chairman Nigeria Airways (1990 - 1993) and President Nigerian Guild of Editors (1970 - 1978). He was educated at the University of Lagos and University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with about 40 years experience in the media. He had held various professional and administrative positions in the Daily Times Group and bagged several honours, including fellowships. He was presented Seikyo culture award in Japan.
